Whether we like it or not, it’s gonna be summertime. As
a child it was great - no school! As an adult - yikes, too hot!
Praise the Lord for air conditioning! 😎
At least there are lots of summertime songs to enjoy out there.

Whew! Still hot:
“In the summertime when the weather is hot
you can stretch right up and touch the sky…
have a drink, have a drive, go out and see
what you can find.”
(Although I wouldn’t recommend doing both,
either you drink OR you drive! 😳)
Well, they decided to go for a drive, so…
“It’s a cruel, cruel summer
leaving me here on my own.

But back home, it’s all good:
“See the curtains hanging in the window

A little light shinin’ through the window

See, summer has its fun moments too. For some it will fly by,
for others it seems it will never end. Oh, that reminds me, one more:
